By downloading or using any Edgeless Media application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our apps.

Use of Our Apps

Our apps are provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse our services, interfere with their operation, or attempt to access them through unauthorized means.

Accounts

Some features require creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You can use our apps anonymously without an account, with reduced functionality.

Subscriptions and Purchases

Some apps offer in-app purchases and subscriptions. Payments are processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Refunds are handled according to the respective store's refund policy. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

User Content

You retain ownership of any content you create within our apps. By using cloud sync features, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing the sync service.

Intellectual Property

Our apps, including their design, code, and content, are owned by Edgeless Media and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our apps or their content.

Disclaimers

Our apps are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that our apps will be error-free or uninterrupted. Apps providing health, educational, or cognitive content are for informational purposes only and do not constitute professional advice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Edgeless Media shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our apps.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our apps if you violate these terms. You may stop using our apps and delete your account at any time.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of our apps after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
